A phoenix is a legendary bird based in Egyptian mythology that burns itself at the end of its life, followed by a new phoenix rising from the ashes. The phoenix, also extremely long-lived and able to heal itself spontaneously, is a symbol of immortality, resurrection, and regeneration. The lifespan of a phoenix is either 500 or 1461 years. The phoenix differs in appearance in different cultures, but the Egyptian version is gold and red, symbolic of fire. At the end of its life, the phoenix constructs a nest of cinnamon branches, sits in it, and spontaneously bursts into flame. After the entire nest is reduced to ashes, a new phoenix is born fully-formed. The new phoenix inters the ashes in an egg made of myrrh and brings the remains to the ancient city of Heliopolis.
To “rise like a phoenix from the ashes” is to overcome a seemingly insurmountable setback.

All claims/returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us, to be placed on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a Delivery Confirmation to insure that your shipment has reached us. Merchandise should be returned to us in original packaging and fully insured, Also in new, reusable condition, no scratches, nicks or blemishes. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge and our discretion. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. If your package is more than ten (10) business days late after confirmed shipping, another package will be shipped out to you. Please return the extra package fully insured within seven business (7) days of receiving it or just refuse delivery of the second package. If the replacement package is not returned within seven (7) business days, your card will be charged for an additional order. All broken items will be replaced.
